Meet Liselotte

Liselotte Molander joyfully explores conscious living by inspiring her client’s to incorporate these principles into their everyday lives. As a Professional Certified Career Coach™ from Career Coach Institute, she assists executives and business professionals in making quantum leaps in their lives and careers. She facilitates growth and learning by co-creating open, playful and expanding interactions with her clients.<

A complement to her Career Coaching is her training in bodywork and certification as a Relationship Coach & Consultant through the Hendricks Institute. Liselotte helps her clients build a solid base in their work and personal lives by exploring their present situations, strengths and brilliances – all aimed at uncovering what they want to create and how that can be leveraged in today’s workplace. Balanced with extraordinary self-care, she helps clients acquire tools and structures to create powerful visions, moving them in the direction of their desired career.

Liselotte also works with organizations as a facilitator and teacher to develop vision, purposeful actions and enhanced communications. She works with managers and executives to train them in skills to coach and improve their teams.

Liselotte’s other credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing, fluency in several languages, and Tele-leader training, which qualifies her to lead telephone-based courses.

“My greatest joy is to facilitate the process by which people make shifts in their awareness and start to live outside the box of society’s expectations, to stop living on default and start living a life of their own design”, says Liselotte.

Liselotte’s work draws on her 20 years of corporate business experience as a Business Developer and Project manager within an international corporation. She was also a Business and Sales Manager in Finance services. She has traveled to more than 45 countries and her clients are located across the globe. Liselotte serves as a mentor coach and has completed the course work for Career Coach Institute’s Master Certified Career Coach program. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
